Can a Shorty be a Model?,
So can a 4' 11" female be a working Model? Ok well, we got a referral call from a very energetic Talented young lady who wants to Model. Hmmm, of course this is not the first time, so we kinda have a few standard lines which we really hold true to. First, I've always been taught that the right person can do anything. Secondly, if Bill Gates was behind you and you wanted to be a Super Model, guess what you'd be, a Super Model. So you can never tell a person what they can't do. So what did we tell her, we said to send in your submission for our review, we explained that every Model isn't on the Runway, just like every celebrity isn't a Movie Action Star. So we gave her a Photo Interview Assignment, a standard practice for us, meanwhile we asked about her other Talents. Turns out she is a R&B Vocalist, so we asked her to do a few bars, she has a great voice! So we explained that we work with a person's strength first, and that will open other doors and if wielded properly, it will also strengthen your weaknesses. She was very appreciative for our direction, however we will receive her Photo Assignment in 2 days and will review her Modeling potential as we agreed to, she may blow us away! Real working Models

So in today's fashion scene there are so many opps for Models & Fashion as never before. However it seems that many that are described as Talent (the Models) are not being represented properly, in many cases because they are trying to Rep themselves. This is not the best way to do this! It undermines the market and ultimately the Industry. Models end up working for perks (not money), momentary Celeb status (being around real Celebs) and unfortunately getting into or being introduced to things they were not intending to be exposed to. So currently I'm trying to identify Models who are looking for Real Paid Work, but who are savvy enough to allow an Agent to work for them. Yeah, the Agent gets a percentage, but you get paid & we handle the hassles for you. Working with OneFashionPlace.net will help in this effort.
